The primary objective of this school is to offer to scientists involved in the Euclid project an initiation and a deepening on several issues underlying the major cosmological surveys. The school covers a wide range of fundamental aspects of modern cosmology with lectures in the morning and practical sessions in the afternoon (Hands-on).
The objective is to address the theoretical, observational, instrumental and numerical techniques used in the major cosmological surveys.
The school targets mainly (all levels) scientists involved in the Euclid project and will cover the following topics:
Weak Lensing
Galaxy Clustering
Galaxy Clusters Cosmology & Astrophysics
Machine Learning
